Liudmila Avilova talks about working with the sewing knife

"They take the measurements on the cutting board and then cut with special cutting knives because they are sharp. With them, you can cut very precisely from one side of the hair and then from the opposite side, starting to cut from here. They then align the cut pieces evenly. The reindeer leg fur is cut in the middle, and there they make a wedge. When you continue cutting from there, a rhombus shape is created."
